Mix one serving of PROISO with 250 mL of cold water or your favorite beverage. You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve the desired thickness and/or sweetness/flavor level. Drink 30 to 60 min post workout for optimal recovery purposes. For any healthy adult, add a serving as a snack at anytime during the day to increase your daily protein intake, based on a well-balanced diet and a monitored exercise plan.
